Welcome to LRT Perfumes. By accessing or using our website https://lrtperfumes.com and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Business Information

LRT Perfumes is operated and registered with the business name Laura Rayie Trading based in Doha, Qatar. We sell a wide range of perfumes online and through two physical stores located in Doha and Al Wakrah.

2. Website Use

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You will not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Product Availability & Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: limited stock, suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information.
  • Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify final acceptance. A binding agreement occurs only after we dispatch the order.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept online card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Qatar. COD may not be available in certain remote areas
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Our products are sold for personal use only. Bulk or resale purchases require prior written approval.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Qatar only.
  • Delivery is free in Doha and Al Wakrah.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation and tracking details by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or government actions).

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or faulty items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
  • Defective items: Report within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customized perfumes or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Returns must be made to the same store from which the product was purchased (Doha or Al Wakrah).

7. Accounts & Guest Checkout

  • You may create an account to track orders and view purchase history.
  • Guest checkout is available and does not require account registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

All website content—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is the exclusive property of LRT Perfumes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Warranties Disclaimer

All products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee that a product will suit individual preferences or skin sensitivities. Please conduct a patch test before full use.

LRT Perfumes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.
