Welcome to LRT Perfumes. By accessing or using our website https://lrtperfumes.com and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Business Information

LRT Perfumes is operated by Irshad Yousuf under the registered business name Lauraraiye, based in Doha, Qatar. We sell a wide range of perfumes online and through two physical stores located in Doha and Al Wakrah.

2. Website Use

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You will not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Product Availability & Orders

All orders placed on our website are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion. In the case of a canceled order, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept online card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Qatar.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Qatar only.
  • Delivery is free in Doha and Al Wakrah.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation and tracking details by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Faulty or defective products: If you discover a fault after delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important:

  • Products purchased from the Al Wakrah store must be returned to that store.
  • Products purchased from the Doha store must be returned to the Doha location.
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

7. Accounts & Guest Checkout

You may create an account to track orders and view your history, or you can check out as a guest. Account creation is optional and not required for purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including product images, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of LRT Perfumes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

LRT Perfumes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or misuse of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict of law principles.
