Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 23, 2025

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Return

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Return must be made to the same store location where it was purchased.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, contact us via:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence, if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.
📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

If unsure, please contact us before returning the item.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get another item, please initiate a return and place a new order after approval.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval status.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
