Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must include original tags (if applicable) and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Items must be returned to the store location where they were purchased — Doha or Al Wakrah.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please email us at lrtperfumes@gmail.com/Whatsapp with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo evidence (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items on sale or promotion
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before initiating the return.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
- Bank or card processing times may delay refund visibility.
